Job Description:
Join us as a Medical Doctor (Male) and play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medical care at our Health Facility. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, delivering primary healthcare services, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:
• Adhere to the policies and regulations of WORLD
• Stay updated on issues related to WORLD and the health sector
• Promote gender orientation and a team spirit attitude
• Avoid unkind behaviors, attitudes, and statements that discriminate against others
• Foster a strong focus on quality within the team
• Perform delegated tasks by the health manager and/or chief officers of health
• Provide one month’s notice in case of resignation
• Represent the Program Manager in the Project area
• Take responsibility for managing project health activities in the target area
• Offer technical guidance and support to health facility staff in the cluster area
• Apply project policies, guidelines, and quality assurance measures
• Maintain updated information on the project catchment area and progress
• Participate in project management meetings
• Submit monthly reports to the Program Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with communities
• Frequently visit, monitor, and supervise project-level activities
• Discuss and finalize local action plans for health activities
• Contribute to project planning exercises
• Oversee financial and logistics activities at the project level
